EXCHANGES

• Items may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase

• Item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging

• Please return the item in its original box with its original invoice and the reason you are returning it

 

 

REFUNDS

• No refunds on used products

• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• If you received a damaged item please contact our support team prior to returning

• Refunds will be processed in the same payment format of initial purchase

• Items that are one of a kind are all FINAL SALES with no refund ability

• If you return the item in its original condition within 30 business days you will automatically be refunded for your purchase

 

 

ISSUES

• If you have an issue, concern or compliment regarding your order please contact our customer service. Include your order number and product details in the email.

 

 

PAYMENT & SHIPPING

• It usually takes 7-12 business days till you receive shipment of your product

• If your product is on back order because of its popularity it can take up to 2 weeks for delivery

• If you need your items quickly please contact our customer service team to ship express or priority mail

• A product must be paid in full before being packaged and shipped.

• Payment Receipt will have "Matrix Connections" listed

CANCELLATIONS

Any order placed can ONLY BE CANCELLED WITHIN 48 HOURS.

OUR MANUFACTURER WILL ALREADY HAVE HAD YOUR PRODUCTS MADE AND PROCESSED FOR SHIPMENT AFTER 48 HOURS. 

 

 

We will notify you once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment.

We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risk is born with the sender.
